Building in public

You don't have to
figure it out alone.

Marine. Sales professional. Entrepreneur. I've closed deals in operating rooms, run a franchise into the ground, and rebuilt from it. I write about what actually happens — not the highlight reel.

The honest version

I grew up in Carson, California. No blueprint. No safety net. The Marine Corps gave me structure. Sales gave me income. Entrepreneurship gave me a master class in what not to do.

I ran three franchise territories while working a full-time sales role. I funded the thing out of my W2 paycheck and watched a person I trusted take it down from the inside. I closed it anyway. Clean. On my terms.

Now I'm building differently. Smarter. And I write about the whole picture — not just the wins.

What I write about

01
Sales craft, not sales theater
What it actually looks like to build credibility in an OR, close complex accounts, and know when to walk away.
02
Building on a W2
Real estate, tax strategy, and long-term structure — from someone doing it while holding a territory and raising kids.
03
Entrepreneurship without the myth
The parts they don't post about. Cash burn, bad hires, and what clean failure actually looks like.
04
First-gen wealth building
No inheritance, no blueprint. What it takes to build something that lasts when you're starting from zero.
